The safer way to pay.

Apple Pay is a mobile payment service that lets users make payments using an iPhone or Apple device. When you make a purchase, Apple Pay uses a device-specific number and unique transaction code. So, your debit card number is never stored on your device and your card number is never shared with merchants.

Enroll today:

  1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone or Apple device.
  2. Tap the plus sign (+) next to the Apple Pay icon and follow the step-by-step instructions.
  3. After you have entered the requested card information, tap Contact Central Bank to verify your card. A Shazam representative will ask you details about your last 5 debit card transactions.
TIP: Have your online banking account open during the call. That way, you can easily answer the verification questions asked by the representative.
  4. Within 5 minutes of successfully verifying your card, Apple will send a notification to your device letting you know your Apple Pay is active.

Apple Pay works with iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and newer, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 3 and newer, or your Apple Watched paired with iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.

What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a mobile payment service that lets users make payments using an iPhone. Because your card details are never shared by Apple when you use Apple Pay, making payments with your iPhone is more secure than using your actual debit card.

What are the benefits?

When a debit card is enrolled in Apple Pay, a unique token is assigned to the card. This token number is then sent to us across merchant networks. Because the actual card number is not being sent, it makes transactions more secure and reduces fraud.
