What Can Bill Pay Do For You?

Bill Pay will save you time and money every month! It is an additional service available to Central Bank Online Banking customers. With Bill Pay, you can pay anyone in the United States that you would normally pay by check or automatic debit.

Once you have signed up for Bill Pay, simply type in your biller information, payment amount and when to send the payment and we'll take care of getting it there on time! Some payments may be sent electronically, others through the U.S. Postal Service. It's so easy to use. You can even pay bills from multiple checking accounts and schedule reoccurring payments.

On May 19th, 2010, Central Bank introduced a new and enhanced Bill Pay service! With the new Bill Pay, you have access to these great features:

Your Pay Date is the day you want the biller to receive your payment; not the day you want the payment to start processing.
Your money will remain in your bank account until the biller receives your payment on the Pay Date.
You have the option to receive and view your bills from larger companies electronically as an E-Bill instead of receiving it by mail.
Set-up Reminders and you'll receive an e-mail message telling you when you payment is due.

If you're already an Online Banking user, simply send us a "Bank Mail" message through your Online Banking account.

Log into your Online Banking account with your User ID and Password on the left side of the page.
Click Services on the left side of the page.
Click Bank Mail under the list of Services.
Click New then type your request to sign up for Online Bill Pay.
When you are finished typing your message, click Mail. Your request will be processed within 1 business day.

Not enrolled in Online Banking? Click here to complete the Online Banking Enrollment Form. After we receive your information, we'll mail your password within 3 to 5 business days.

Getting Started

Sign into Central Bank's Online Banking.
This page gives you a look at your account list. Click Bill Pay on the left side of this page.
You'll enter the Payment Center where you can track your payment activity with an at-a-glance view of your bills, reminders and pending and recent payments.

Payment Center
Click Payment Center to pay bills and view pending payments, recent payments and bill reminders all on the same screen.
Add a Bill
Adding a bill is easy! Click Add a Bill from the menu options at the top of the page and follow the step-by-step instructions to add the companies and people you want to pay.
Bill History
Click Bill History from the menu options at the top of the page to view your bills and payments for the past 18 months. With Bill History, you can: Check the status of your bill or payment Search for a bill payment View details about any bill in your Bill History list Change or cancel payments that have not started processing
Manage My Bills
Click Manage My Bills from the menu options at the top of the page to: Add an automatic payment Set up reminders Update biller information Delete a biller Simply choose the biller you wish to manage from the drop-down list and follow the step-by-step instructions.
My Accounts
Click My Accounts to manage your Pay From accounts.
My Profile
Click My Profile to review and make changes to your personal information.

Enjoy the convenience of Online Bill Pay FREE if you have Platinum Checking or E-Statements, or pay only $3.95 per month for up to 10 bills (after the free introductory period), plus a $.39 charge for each bill over 10.
