Online Banking Account Alerts
 

Account Alerts notify you, via e-mail or text message, of important account activity. It’s a free service available to Central Bank Online Banking customers.

With Account Alerts, you’re in control! You select the alerts important to you and the time of the day you’d like the receive them. You can receive checking and savings accounts alerts to your e-mail or mobile phone when:

  • Your balance is greater than $ (you select the dollar amount)
  • Your balance is less than $
  • For all withdrawal amounts greater than $
  • For all deposit amounts great than $
  • When check numbers clear (you choose the check numbers)
  • To reorder checks when a check number has cleared (you choose the check number)
  • When a transfer occurs to or from your account
  • When a recurring transfer was not processed
  • When your statement is available

To set-up Account Alerts, login into your Online Banking Account, click Services on the left-side of the page then click Alerts. Choose alerts to help you manage your accounts.

To add E-mail Addresses or Mobile Numbers to the Send Alerts To menu, click Services then click Change Info.
