faxed to them. The Bankline 24/7 menu can be navigated by
a touch tone phone or by voice commands in English or Spanish! |

no matter what type of account or loan they have with Central
Bank. |

Access To? |

Customers will be able to receive information and transfer
funds between any accounts on which they are either the Primary
or Secondary account holder. Special relationships can be
established, at a customer's request, to allow transfers outside
of the standard relationships. |

Use? |

YES, because customers need a PIN (Personal Identification
Number) to access their accounts, and transfers can only be
made between associated accounts, Bankline 24/7 is very safe
and secure. |

| How Do I Get Started Using
Bankline 24/7? |
| |
To start using Bankline 24/7, simply call one of the numbers
listed above and enter the last four digits of your SSN for
your PIN. You will be prompted to enter a new PIN of your
choice, which you will use from that time forward. |

| What Do I Do If I Get Locked
Out Of My Account? |
| |
As a security feature, you will be locked out of Bankline
24/7 if you try unsuccessfully three consecutive times to
log in. If this happens, please call us and we will reset
your account. |
